                   'THE VERSAILLES MYTHOLOGY COLLECTION'

This extensive series presents some of the palace’s mythological sculptures layered manually into protean light imagery.

It was inspired by the intense effect of the Night Fountains Show on the artist’s sensorial perception of the highly illuminated nocturnal environment.

Through the elevatory energy of transformative light, the legends and representations of the statuary, she seeks to echo her sensing of universal order, powerful invisible forces and interconnectedness.

The immersive large-scale compositions engage multi-focal dialogues from historical and contemporary perspectives.

                                                                      'YOU WILL ALWAYS BE'

This 10-image automatism series was created spontaneously through hand-driven random digital
re-formation of the entire pixel content of a symmetried abstraction of water in fusion with light captured at Apollo's Fountain.

The creative process, likened to the automatic drawings of André Masson, revealed the artist's  subconscious thoughts relating to human consciousness and life after death, triggered during early adolescence by the death of her maternal grandmother, and that resurfaced after the more recent death of her own mother.

In response to the emotional and psychological challenges of physical demise, the series and associated compositions present an empathetic vision of infinite energetic existence.

                                                         VISION AND MINDSET TRANSITIONS

In these compositions abstractions of light are layered together manually to evoke states of being and transition from one state of mind to another.

The artworks were inspired by reflection on the self-empowerment of the Sun King, the benefits of positive mindset, increased contemporary media coverage on mental health and wellbeing and heightened anxiety fueled by geo-political instability.
